Refund Policy
MP Accounting provides professional accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, consultation, and training services with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. Because our work involves time, expertise, and service delivery, fees are generally non-refundable once services have begun or work has been completed.

Consultation & Service Fees

Fees for consultations, training sessions, or professional services are non-refundable once the session has taken place or work has started.

If a client needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice is required and alternatives may be arranged where possible.
Project-Based Services
For services such as bookkeeping, tax filing, or financial review work:

Refunds are not issued for work already completed or delivered.

If a service has been prepaid and no work has yet begun, a partial refund may be considered, less any administrative or preparation costs incurred.
Errors & Corrections
If an error is identified in work completed by MP Accounting, we will review the matter and, where appropriate, correct the issue at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any refundable portion (if applicable) will be determined based on the stage of work completed.
Exceptions
Refund considerations may be made in limited circumstances at the discretion of MP Accounting.
